No single-use plastics allowed on-site.
The Rooted Lotus is a certified zero-waste event. Single-use plastics — including straws, cups, bags, and utensils — are strictly prohibited on festival grounds. All vendors must use compostable or reusable packaging. Refillable water stations are located throughout the grounds. The Green Team conducts hourly sweeps.
All vendor setups must use natural materials.
The visual environment of The Rooted Lotus is sacred. Every vendor booth, art installation, and communal space must be constructed using natural materials — wood, fabric, stone, clay, and plant matter. Synthetic banners, plastic signage, and neon lighting are not permitted. This creates a cohesive, organic visual landscape.
Every vendor provides one high-quality item for under $10.
Economic accessibility is a core value of The Rooted Lotus. Every vendor — from artisan healers to food trucks — is required to offer at least one high-quality item or service priced at $10 or under. This ensures that every attendee, regardless of budget, can fully participate in the marketplace.
Every interaction at The Rooted Lotus must be consensual. Ask before touching, photographing, or entering someone's personal space. Violations are grounds for immediate removal.
Pack out what you pack in. Leave your campsite cleaner than you found it. Participate in the morning Green Team sweeps.
Campground quiet hours are enforced from 2:00 AM to 7:00 AM. Ambient Grove continues with low-flow soundscapes during this period.
Harassment, discrimination, and violence of any kind will result in immediate removal from the festival grounds without refund.
With the exception of certified service animals, no pets are permitted on festival grounds.
Open flames are permitted only in designated fire pit areas. No personal fire pits, lanterns, or candles in tents.
"By purchasing a ticket to The Rooted Lotus 2027, I agree to honor the land, respect every person in this community, leave no trace, and carry the peace of Harmony Fields with me long after the music ends."
