Oct 7–11 (setup, event, breakdown)

Support the smooth running of Profusion Land across all areas including crowd flow, wayfinding, and general site management. Ideal for energetic, community-minded individuals who thrive in dynamic environments.

Senior Operations Coordinator

$300 – $500 / day

Oct 6–12 (full run-of-show)

Lead a team of operations staff across a designated festival zone. Responsible for daily briefings, incident response, and direct communication with production leadership.

Stage Manager

$400 – $600 / day

Oct 7–11

Oversee all artist transitions, technical cues, and stage operations for one of our four stages. Work directly with artists, their teams, and the production director.

Wellness Area Facilitator

Support the Heart Sanctuary and wellness zones, ensuring a calm, safe, and healing environment for attendees. Assist with workshop setup and provide a grounding presence.

Craft and serve our signature cocktails, botanical elixirs, and organic beverages at The Rooted Bar. Provide an exceptional, friendly experience aligned with the festival's organic ethos.

Provide white-glove service to our Rooted VIP and Inner Circle ticket holders. Manage the Heart Sanctuary lounge, coordinate artist meet-and-greet sessions, and ensure an exceptional premium experience.

Festival Photographer

$350 – $600 / day

Oct 8–10

Capture the spirit, beauty, and community of The Rooted Lotus through professional photography. Images will be used for The Bloom Content Bundle, social media, and future promotional materials.

Volunteer Coordinator

Oct 6–12

Recruit, train, and manage our volunteer team. Volunteers are the heartbeat of Profusion Land — your role ensures they are empowered, informed, and celebrated.

  • ◆I agree to complete my full assigned 8-hour shift without abandoning my post.
  • ◆I understand that my complimentary GA pass is contingent on completing my full shift.
  • ◆I agree to follow all festival policies including the zero-waste and aesthetic codes.
  • ◆I will attend the mandatory volunteer orientation session on October 7, 2027.
  • ◆I understand that The Rooted Lotus reserves the right to reassign my department based on operational needs.
  • ◆I agree to represent The Rooted Lotus with professionalism, kindness, and integrity.
