Workshops & Programming

Yes, all five Workshops for the Soul sessions are included with every ticket tier at no additional cost. Workshops are first-come, first-served with limited capacity to preserve the intimate, hands-on nature of each session.

The Knowledge Pavilion is a dedicated indoor/covered space designed for educational and wellness programming. It seats up to 150 participants and is equipped with sound and projection systems for workshop facilitators.

The Ambient Grove is an outdoor natural setting within Harmony Fields used for movement-based and community practices like yoga, sound baths, and the Community Integration Circle. It is designed to connect participants with the natural environment.

Yes. The Digital Lotus Pass ($49, post-event purchase) includes high-definition recordings of all 2027 workshops. This is ideal for attendees who want to revisit the teachings or who miss a session due to scheduling conflicts.

🌿

Sustainability & Ethics

The Rooted Lotus operates under a strict zero-waste policy. Single-use plastics of any kind are prohibited on-site — this includes plastic water bottles, straws, bags, and utensils. All festival infrastructure uses compostable or reusable materials. Waste sorting stations are located throughout the grounds, and volunteer waste guides are available to help.

All vendor and artist booth setups must use exclusively natural materials: wood, fabric, stone, and natural fibers. No plastic banners, synthetic displays, or non-natural structural materials are permitted. This policy ensures the visual environment of the festival remains cohesive, beautiful, and aligned with our organic mission.

Every vendor — artisan, healer, food stand, or otherwise — is required to offer at least one high-quality item or service priced at $10 or under. This ensures that the offerings of Profusion Land are accessible to all attendees regardless of budget.

We partner with local and regional vendors to minimize transportation emissions, use solar-powered stage infrastructure where possible, and offset remaining carbon through verified reforestation programs. A detailed sustainability report is published after each event.

Safety & Wellness

A fully staffed medical tent with licensed EMTs and paramedics is located centrally on the festival grounds. Additional first aid stations are positioned near each stage. Medical staff are available 24 hours during the event. In case of emergency, dial 911 and notify the nearest festival staff member.

The Heart Sanctuary is a dedicated quiet zone available to all Rooted VIP and Inner Circle ticket holders, and open to any attendee who needs a calm, low-stimulation space. Trained wellness facilitators are present at all times. It is a judgment-free zone for rest, grounding, and emotional support.

The Rooted Lotus prioritizes the safety and wellbeing of all attendees. We partner with harm reduction organizations to provide education, resources, and support. Our Harm Reduction & Mindful Celebration workshop (Sunday, Oct 10) covers hydration, mental health decompression, and how to use sanctuary spaces. If you or someone you know needs support, approach any festival staff member or visit the Heart Sanctuary.

All attendees are expected to treat each other, the staff, the vendors, and the natural environment with respect. Harassment of any kind — verbal, physical, or otherwise — will result in immediate removal from the festival without refund. The Rooted Lotus is a space of inclusion, safety, and love.
